POS

  1. Click on the “Journal” from the bottom side of the POS
  2. Find a transaction that you want to provide a return
  3. Swipe that transaction to left and click on “Return”
  4. On the left bottom, click on “RETURN”
  5. Chose which payment method they used and provide return.

Once you finish ringing up and customer need to bring

their wallet from a car or some situation like that.

You can hold that transaction by pressing HOLD button beside the

total price.

You can leave memo to the holds as well.

To get back to the held transaction, on the bottom of the POS.

There should be three catagories, Register, Journal, Hold.

Click on hold and click on the transaction you want to complete

  1. Touch the Edit on the top left side of the POS(iPad).
  2. Then, press and hold any empty slot for five seconds.
  3. After that, press “Time Clock” on the function
  4. Once you’ve done it, you will see “Time Clock” instead of the empty slot
  5. Press the “Time Clock” on the slot
  6. Sign in with the account and the password then press “ok”
  7. After that, press punch in
  8. To sign out, press “Time Clock” again and press punch out.

Once the customer sign in, you will have blue icon on the PureJOIN POS(iPad).

That means the customer has signed in and ready to use reward or gain reward.

If the customer left without using any reward, you have to press that blue icon

and press “Clear Customer”, if you don’t, the next customer will be able to use the

reward of the other customer who came earlier.

Also, you can change the reward that customer wish to use by pressing on the

Store Credit on the charge page.

  1. Touch the Settings from the iPad
  2. In the Settings, touch Bluetooth
  3. Once you’re on the Bluetooth, press the green button on the top right
  4. Press and hold the Miura’s blinking blue button until it blinks faster
  5. Once it blinks faster, the machine will show up on the “OTHER DEVICES”, go ahead press it.
  6. After that, certain number will show up on both iPad and Miura.
  7. Press pair on the iPad and press the button with the green check mark on the Miura
  8. Open up the PureJOIN POS app.
  9. Press Menu on the top left
  10. Press Settings.
  11. Type in the Terminal ID and Key we provided on the bottom section above the Printer section.
  12. Press Online on EDC section
  13. Press CEM – Miura M010 on Secure Device section.

If you lost bluetooth connection after upgrade to ios 11, try following reset procedure.

  • Disconnecting power from  base charger/cradle
  • Open scanner bottom cover with + screw driver
  • Detach battery and wait 10 seconds
  • Reconnect battery and close bottom cover
  • Reconnect base/cradle power
  • Put scanner in base/cradle
  • Connect it from ipad > Setting > Bluetooth

  1. Connect TranCloud to internet
  2. Connect power to TranCloud
  3. Connect VX805 to TranCloud
  4. Connect power to VX805
  5. Open POS
  6. Go to Menu >> Settings
  7. Select your merchant processor
  8. Enter Merchant ID and password
  9. Select TranClould – Vx805
  10. Enter Tran Device ID (see back of TranCloud device)
  11. Save
  12. Log out and log in
  13. Go back to setting and make sure information is there.
  14. Touch Download Parameter
  15. Make a test transaction.
  16. If you are getting error message, contact processor to activate your account.
  17. Confirm your test transaction with your processor.

Single Item Discount
Ring-up an item and touch the item in the cart
Select either % Discount or $ Discount
Transaction Discount
Use %Discount or $Discount on shortcut panel (if you don’t see them, they are under function list.

Back Office

It’s too much to update over thousand items one by one,

but it’s easier to update by group.

To use the bulk update.

  1. log in to the purejoin.com
  2. Click on “Goto Store”
  3. On the left, chose your store if you have multiple stores.
  4. On the top left under “POS Menu”, click on Bulk Item Update”
  5. Type the keyword such as “chemical”, or “shampoo”
  6. You can updates its categories, sale period/amounts, and buy one get one half price or free.
  7. Also can assign supplier.

When you scan a barcode, if the item is not in database, Error message will come up.

Enter Description, Price and other information.

Save.

If the item doesn’t have barcode, enter a unique item code(you have to enter, eg. “hair199” description could be Hair Product $1.99)

Reward

  1. Try Close out Purejoin POS and Reopen it

IF 1. didn’t fix the issue, proceed to the next

  1. Close IRD by swiping left end to righ
  2. Check WIFI on Customer Display tablet

IF 1. didn’t fix the issue, proceed to the next

  1. Go to iPad Setting
  2. Select Wifi
  3. Touch Image result for ios information iconon Wifi connection name
  4. Look for IP address and write it down
  5. Goto Reward display
  6. Close IRD by swiping left end to right
  7. Open Interactive Customer Display Manager
  8. If the IP address is different, enter the new IP address
  9. Save & Close
  10. Open IRD
