When you get a Retry message after card insert or swipe, you must perform Retry procedure.
Retry comes up when Purejoin POS didn’t get complete transaction data from credit card company.
Retry will check with card company if the transaction was approved and prints out receipt on approved transaction.
There will be no duplicated charges with Retry feature.

- Click on the “Journal” from the bottom side of the POS
- Find a transaction that you want to provide a return
- Swipe that transaction to left and click on “Return”
- On the left bottom, click on “RETURN”
- Chose which payment method they used and provide return.

You can hold that transaction by pressing HOLD button beside the
total price.
You can leave memo to the holds as well.
To get back to the held transaction, on the bottom of the POS.
There should be three catagories, Register, Journal, Hold.

- Touch the Edit on the top left side of the POS(iPad).
- Then, press and hold any empty slot for five seconds.
- After that, press “Time Clock” on the function
- Once you’ve done it, you will see “Time Clock” instead of the empty slot
- Press the “Time Clock” on the slot
- Sign in with the account and the password then press “ok”
- After that, press punch in
- To sign out, press “Time Clock” again and press punch out.

That means the customer has signed in and ready to use reward or gain reward.
If the customer left without using any reward, you have to press that blue icon
and press “Clear Customer”, if you don’t, the next customer will be able to use the
reward of the other customer who came earlier.
Also, you can change the reward that customer wish to use by pressing on the
Store Credit on the charge page.

- Touch the Settings from the iPad
- In the Settings, touch Bluetooth
- Once you’re on the Bluetooth, press the green button on the top right
- Press and hold the Miura’s blinking blue button until it blinks faster
- Once it blinks faster, the machine will show up on the “OTHER DEVICES”, go ahead press it.
- After that, certain number will show up on both iPad and Miura.
- Press pair on the iPad and press the button with the green check mark on the Miura
- Open up the PureJOIN POS app.
- Press Menu on the top left
- Press Settings.
- Type in the Terminal ID and Key we provided on the bottom section above the Printer section.
- Press Online on EDC section
- Press CEM – Miura M010 on Secure Device section.

- Open scanner bottom cover with + screw driver
- Detach battery and wait 10 seconds
- Reconnect battery and close bottom cover

- Open Search on top right
- Type in Keyword or Barcode of the item
- Swipe the item right to left and choose edit

- Scan the Barcode

- Open POS
- Go to Menu >> Settings
- Select your merchant processor
- Enter Merchant ID and password
- Select TranClould – Vx805
- Enter Tran Device ID (see back of TranCloud device)
- Save
- Log out and log in
- Go back to setting and make sure information is there.
- Touch Download Parameter
- Make a test transaction.
- If you are getting error message, contact processor to activate your account.
- Confirm your test transaction with your processor.
