1. Try Close out Purejoin POS and Reopen it

IF 1. didn’t fix the issue, proceed to the next

  1. Close IRD by swiping left end to righ
  2. Check WIFI on Customer Display tablet

IF 1. didn’t fix the issue, proceed to the next

  1. Go to iPad Setting
  2. Select Wifi
  3. Touch Image result for ios information iconon Wifi connection name
  4. Look for IP address and write it down
  5. Goto Reward display
  6. Close IRD by swiping left end to right
  7. Open Interactive Customer Display Manager
  8. If the IP address is different, enter the new IP address
  9. Save & Close
  10. Open IRD
