Processors Announce New Policy for Some Debit Card Chargebacks

All Broomfield Pin Debit Card Chargebacks are no longer processed through Back TraK. Third-party, POS systems, will not be able to check the Debit card chargeback letter online.

Processors will manually create the letter and mail it to the business address on file.

Please make sure to check your mail weekly. If you receive a debit chargeback letter and would like to respond, please send the receipt and the letter to our email address sales@purejoin.com, or you can also respond by following the instructions on the letter.
