Some merchants were incorrectly undercharged on some authorization fees and network passthrough fees in June. For the impacted merchants, the missed billing will be included in July statement, along with a statement message below:

“Your account was inadvertently underbilled for some authorization fees and network pass-through fees in June. The impacted authorizations processed through our systems; however, they may not have accrued the applicable fees on June 20, and between June 26-30, 2023. The missed billing is included on your July statement received in early August. We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
